Glenaisa’s Journey
Before Working the Gap, Glenaisa was already showing up — volunteering with elderly neighbors through a service corps program and tending her community farm. She just hadn't yet found a way to turn that instinct into a future…
WTG gave her a supportive community, the confidence to apply to CUNY's Youth Studies program, and the skills to advocate for herself and other young people.
Now she's carrying that same commitment forward- staying active with the NYC Youth Agenda, pushing for affordable housing, and building toward a career helping young people succeed.
Make an Impact Today
